The Instructors are experts in delivering varied, tough but fun fitness classes for all abilities in a friendly atmosphere with lots of motivation and technique instruction. The fitness bootcamp that really does offer you more!
HIIT Classes

These 40 mins High Intensity Interval Training Classes consist of a thorough 10 mins warm up and a 30 mins main effort. The emphasis is on working hard with minimal rest.

As an example you may do 2 mins work, 30 secs rest 8 times through. The work phase will consist of multiple exercises to work the whole body without overloading and risking injury. These are great if you are short on time!
Strength Training & Strength HIIT

Strength Training sessions are 45- 60 mins and  have minimal running and a focus on exercise technique to help improve your overall strength. We use lots of kit including battle ropes, barbells, dumbbells, slam balls, powerbags, suspension trainers and more. The kit helps to build strength, add lots of variety, enable a full body work out and keep you coming back for more.

Strength HIIT classes are similar but set to a higher tempo to keep your heart rate and intensity high! They will include lots of multi functional exercises and this peripheral heart rate training is great for improving strength and cardiovascular (CV) fitness all in one session.

Run Club

The Run Clubs are for all abilities with a focus on trying to improve your technique with simple tips and drills. The runs are designed so nobody gets left behind but everyone gets a workout. These session are for 1 hour and will begin with a thorough mobility warm up before moving onto the main effort, which will consist of interval running, sprint work, tempo runs, speed work and circuits to help strengthen your running muscles. If we can improve your running, you will enjoy it (even) more!
