Run Club Interval Training - Thursday

Mixed Intervals:
After a good warm up:
Using the lampposts along the seafront (60m apart)
Run hard for 2 lampposts, then 3, then 4, then 5.
Always do a recovery jog for 2 lampposts after every effort.
Once you have done 5 lampposts start again at 2.
For an easier option work up to 4 lampposts.
Repeat for 20 - 30 mins
